CMRE in under 3 minutes

A walkthrough for CMOs and marketing leaders: the screens you'll use each week, and where your approval keeps every move safe.

Chapters and transcript

  1. This is CMRE, the Marketing Revenue Engine, in three minutes.

  2. CMRE runs marketing, retention and merchandising for apparel brands on Shopify. It reads your store's own orders, picks this week's three most profitable moves, and ships them only after you approve. To begin, open cmre.io and choose Create your account.

  3. Create account is already selected. Enter your work email and a password, confirm the email we send you, and you land in your workspace.

  4. Home is your Monday screen. This week's focus lists the three moves that matter most, ranked by expected profit, each linked to where the work happens. Below it are the numbers that say whether last week worked: net sales, retention, repeat rate and lifetime value. If anything ever looks wrong, Emergency pause stops every post, email and offer at once.

  5. Launch holds three short checklists that take the store from zero to a running engine. Each item says exactly where to click, and the owner marks a checklist passed when it's done.

  6. Content is your calendar. Your team drafts posts and store articles here. Anything waiting for you appears under Needs approval. Nothing goes out until the CMO approves it. Once approved, scheduling runs the release checks: stock, quality holds, verified accounts and tracked links.

  7. Catalog & offers protects your margin. Order size shows your average basket and your free-shipping line, and how many shoppers fall just short of it, so a small nudge lifts revenue without a discount.

  8. Customers groups buyers into tiers from your own order history: VIP, active, new, at risk and lapsed. Each tier gets its own message, and Refresh pulls the latest orders and syncs the tags your email flows target.

  9. Numbers shows which channels actually sell. Every post carries a tracked link, so revenue per post makes the call: grow the leader, pause what isn't paying, and add one new channel at a time.

  10. Paid media stays paused until your average order and allowable acquisition cost can support a test. When they can, the owner unlocks a small, capped test here.

  11. Settings is where the store and your social channels are connected, once, by the owner. Keys are encrypted and never shown again after they're saved.

  12. Your weekly rhythm is simple: on Monday, approve this week's three moves. On Friday, check Numbers and pick one change for next week.

  13. That's CMRE. Start today at cmre.io.
