Terms of use
In short
- CMRE helps you plan, approve and measure marketing for your store. You stay in control of what goes out.
- You own your store's data and content. We use it only to run CMRE for you.
- You're responsible for following marketing laws and each platform's rules for what you publish.
- Estimates in CMRE are guidance, not guarantees.
- Every plan has a 30-day money-back guarantee on the first payment.
1. Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and CloudOneSoftware LLC ("we", "us") for using the cmre.io website and the CMRE service. If you use CMRE for a company, you confirm you can accept these terms for it. A separate signed order or quote, if you have one, takes priority over these terms where they differ.
2. The service
CMRE connects to your store and the channels you choose, ranks marketing moves by expected profit, and lets your team draft, approve and schedule content and offers. Features may change as we improve the service. We'll give notice before removing anything you rely on.
3. Accounts and access
- Keep your sign-in details private and tell us promptly about any unauthorized use.
- Workspace owners decide who joins and what role each person has.
- You need to be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account.
4. Your responsibilities
- Review and approve what CMRE prepares before it's published, sent or applied. Nothing goes live without that approval.
- Follow the laws that apply to your marketing, including consent rules for email and text messages (such as CAN-SPAM and TCPA) and disclosure rules for creator partnerships.
- Follow the terms of Shopify, social networks and any other service you connect.
- Have the right to use the content, images and customer information you bring into CMRE.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use CMRE to send spam, mislead customers, publish unlawful or infringing content, break into accounts or systems, or overload or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend access to stop misuse, and we'll tell you why.
6. Third-party services
CMRE works with services we don't control, such as Shopify, Cloudflare, Supabase, Zernio, and optionally Anthropic. Your use of them is governed by their own terms. We're not responsible for their outages or changes, though we'll work to keep CMRE compatible.
7. Fees
Plan prices are listed at cmre.io/#pricing: Starter $99, Growth $249 and Scale $499 a month, in US dollars before sales tax. Annual plans are billed yearly at ten times the monthly price and include guided onboarding; on monthly plans onboarding is $499 one time. Extra social channels are $5 per channel a month. Hosting, database and social scheduling are included in these plans. Agency and self-hosted licenses follow the written quote, and their hosting accounts are billed by those providers directly.
If CMRE isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 30 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full. After that, fees are due as invoiced and aren't refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. We'll give at least 30 days' notice before changing the price of an active plan.
8. Your data and content
You own your store data, customer information and content. You give us permission to process it only to provide, secure and support CMRE for you, as described in our Privacy notice. You can export your data or ask us to delete it at any time.
9. Our property
CMRE, its software, design, logos and documentation belong to CloudOneSoftware LLC. These terms give you the right to use CMRE while your account is active; they don't transfer ownership. Suggestions you send us can be used to improve CMRE without obligation to you.
10. Estimates and results
Figures such as "expected dollars a month", allowable acquisition cost and quick-win sizes are estimates based on your data and stated assumptions. Results depend on many things outside our control, and we don't guarantee any sales outcome.
11. Disclaimers
We work to keep CMRE available and accurate, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim relating to CMRE is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. These limits don't apply where the law doesn't allow them.
13. Ending the agreement
You can stop using CMRE and close your workspace at any time. We may end or suspend access for serious or repeated breach of these terms. After closure, you have 30 days to export your data before it's deleted.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
15. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top and tell workspace owners in the app or by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect.
